Board President ~ Grace Young Grace lives in Del Norte with her spouse and three daughters and teaches sociology at Adams State College. | Vice President ~ Becky Hand Becky lives in Del Norte with husband, Fred and daughters, Emily, Suzie and Rachel. She is an evaluation liasion for Rio Grande Prevention Partners and is active throughout the community. | Board Treasurer ~Jo Ann Evans An original founder of the HVCC, Jo Ann Evans lives in South Fork with two children and spouse who all support her good work as the HVCC board treasurer. She teaches Math at Del Norte High School. |
| Board Secretary ~ Jill Martinez Jill lives in Del Norte and teaches 7th grade history at the Middle School. Her family of five children and spouse support her in her community work. | Board Member ~ Karen Little Karen Little is the Del Norte Rec's (formerly Del Norte youth Activities Foundation) representative on our board. She and her husband Dusty live in Del Norte and own an appraisal business. |
Board Member ~ Dusty Little Dusty Little is the President of the Del Norte Chamber He and Karen are very active in the community and live in Del Norte with their family. |

Fellowship and resides in Del Norte and South Fork with his wife Donna.

Member ~ Charlene Sierra Charlene
is lifelong
local.
She is active in the HVCC classes and has joined the board to
further contribute to the program. She lives in Del Norte
with her husband Gene. She loves arts and crafts, is very
artistic, cooks and spends a great deal of time with her family.

Board Member ~ Mara McPartland Mara is a freshman at College and is a youth representative on the Board. Mara is active in the Fabulous Fridays Program has a Junior Counselor and is an instructor for the Theatre/Drama program |
